Lost data isn’t always gone for good
Whether it’s a family’s photos, a business’s client files, or years of work, we treat every recovery job like it’s irreplaceable — because to you, it probably is.
Crashed Hard Drives
Clicking, not spinning, not detected — we assess the drive and recover what’s still readable before deciding on next steps.
Accidental Deletion
Emptied recycle bin, formatted drive, or a deleted folder you need back — often recoverable if you act quickly.
Corrupted Storage
Drive won’t mount, files show as unreadable, or Windows won’t boot — we recover the data before repairing or replacing the drive.
Phone & SD Card Recovery
Photos and files lost from a damaged phone, water-damaged device, or corrupted memory card.
RAID & Server Drives
Multi-drive arrays and business server storage — recovered with the same care as a single home computer.
Restoration Company Work
We work directly with local restoration and remediation companies on water and fire damaged client drives.
Physical & Clean Room Recovery
Severe physical damage — clicking drives, motor failure, platter damage — requires a certified clean room. We work closely with trusted data recovery labs for these cases and manage the process for you start to finish.
Some recoveries need more than our shop can do in-house — and that’s okay. When a drive has severe physical damage (a seized motor, damaged read/write heads, platter scoring), opening it outside a certified clean room can destroy any chance of recovery. For these cases, we partner with specialized data recovery labs equipped with true clean room facilities. We handle the diagnosis, coordinate the lab work, and stay your single point of contact the whole way through — you’re never left dealing with a lab directly on your own.
No data recovered, no charge for the attempt. Every job starts with a free assessment — you’ll know the real cost and the real odds of recovery before you commit to anything.
Simple. Transparent. Risk-free.

Straight answers
Is my data kept private?
Yes. Your data is handled confidentially and is never accessed beyond what’s needed to complete the recovery.
What are the chances my data can be recovered?
It depends on the type of failure. Logical issues (deletion, corruption) usually have high recovery odds and are handled in-house. Physical drive failure varies — for severe cases we work with certified clean room labs to give you the best real chance, and we’ll give you an honest assessment either way after diagnosis, not before.
Do you have your own clean room?
No — true clean room work requires specialized, certified facilities. For severe physical damage cases, we partner with trusted data recovery labs that do. We handle the diagnosis and coordination so you’re not dealing with a lab directly.
How long does recovery take?
It varies a lot depending on the drive and the type of failure. Some cases move quickly; others — especially larger drives or ones requiring extensive rebuilding — can take days to weeks even when handled in-house. Lab-based physical recoveries add more time on top of that. We’ll give you a realistic timeline once we know what your specific drive needs, not a generic promise upfront.
Do you work with restoration companies?
Yes — we handle data recovery work for local water and fire restoration companies on a regular basis.
